ICC presently has around 18 expatriate staff and around 130 Cambodian staff. The Head office and ED position is based in Phnom Penh. ICC is registered as an international organisation yet exclusively focuses on Cambodia, thus it can be described as locally based.

ICC defines its identity and role as a Christian organisation as follows:

  • The motivation behind our work is to love others as God loved us first
  • We see that change comes from within, thus we aim to focus on attitudes, values, and knowledge.
  • We would like to see people changed wholistically - i.e. physical, social and spiritual change.
  • We want to see the church as a major stakeholder.
  • We would like to apply biblical principles in our work as much as possible.
  • ICC's work is guided by Christian values, even if not all national staff are Christian.
